WACO - Lakewood Center, a mixed-use shopping and dining center under development at Wooded Acres Dr. and Valley Mills Dr., is getting three more tenants.

Rusty Taco has signed a lease on space in a building soon to go up adjacent to the new 16,000-sf Aldi grocery.

Rusty Taco will join Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches and Skyline Nails & Spa in a 5,000-sf building. All the businesses likely will have a building to occupy within four months.

Barsh Construction built an 8,500-sf building at the rear of the development site and four tenants now are preparing to personalize their spaces. Those tenants, all of which have signed ten-year leases, include: Smashburger, Fantastic Sams, Mama Fu’s Asian House, and Palm Beach Tan.
