Regions Bank moves HQ to Uptown Dallas

DALLAS – Regions Bank is set to move its headquarters to the 17Seventeen McKinney building at 1717 McKinney Ave. in Uptown.

The bank plans to move its offices from Regions Tower off Mockingbird Ln. to Granite Properties’ Uptown high-rise in January 2014.

Regions Bank’s offices will include 71,000 sf on two floors with a retail branch bank on the ground floor. The new office will house more than 200 bank employees.

The newly signed lease, along with Clarion Partners’ 25,342-sf lease of the 19th floor, brings the office tower’s occupancy to 95 percent.
