SAN ANTONIO – The developer of the Vidorra condominium tower sold 36 units at the 20-story, 146-unit luxury condominium tower. The tower is located at 215 Center St. near Sunset Station. Prices on the condos sold ranged from $165,000 to $450,000.

Three condos still remain, not including the 6,000-sf penthouse floor. Opening in 2009, the Vidorra’s condos were originally priced from about $185,000 to nearly $700,000.

New York-based Sheldon Good & Co. conducted the the auction of the units. The company expects people to start moving in within 45 days.
