AUSTIN - California-based Misuma Holdings has acquired Lincoln Village, a 180,000-sf shopping center located at 6406 North I-35, just northwest of the intersection of I-35 and US 290.
The center is currently anchored by tenants including Chase Bank, Gold’s Gym, the Marchesa Theater and Men’s Warehouse.
The company has owned and developed over 3 million sf of retail centers in Texas.
