HOUSTON – Construction has started on a 350,820-sf distribution center in northwest Houston. The building, First Northwest Commerce Center, is being built on a 24-acre site at 4800 W. Greens Rd. near Beltway 8.

The $19.7 million investment is being marketed to a single tenant or multiple tenants needing 40,000 sf or more. It is being built by Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust.

Davis Commercial Development is providing development consulting services. Cadence McShane is the general contractor and Munson Kennedy Partnership is the architect.
