Plano: 15-Story Renaissance under Sam’s Moon in Legacy West

​​​​​PLANO – The 15-story Renaissance hotel tower within the $2
billion Legacy West development in West Plano is underway.​ Sam Moon Group is the developer.

The 304-room
luxury hotel at 6181 Legacy Dr. will feature more than 100,000 sf of conference room and meeting space,
restaurants, outdoor bar terrace and third-level amenity deck with a
swimming pool, bar, spa and fitness center.

Sam Moon Group will also include an attached 470-car parking garage for
hotel guests.

Sam Moon Group expects construction to be complete on the hotel by spring 2017.
