Canton skilled nursing facility sold

CANTON, VAN ZANDT COUNTY – National Health Investors Inc. (NHI) announced a $26.3 million acquisition totaling 254 beds from Fundamental Long Term Care Holdings. The skilled nursing facilities, each less than two years old, have locations in Canton and Corinth.

The Canton facility contains 120 beds.

The Corinth facility, located at 3511 Corinth Pkwy., contains 134 beds.

Indirect affiliates of Fundamental committed to a ten-year initial lease term with $2.4 million in annual lease payments plus annual fixed escalators.
