San Antonio Mission Hills, Evans Ranch in portfolio buy

SAN ANTONIO – Mission Hills and Evans Ranch in San Antonio’s Stone Oak neighborhood has been purchased by TA Associates in a three multifamily property portfolio. The company purchased the properties for a total of $100 million.

Mission Hills, at 1202 Evans Rd., is made up of 304 Class A units. The apartment complex was built in 2010.

Evans Ranch, at 1234 Evans Rd., consists of 329 Class A units. The complex is located next to Mission Hills.

The third property in the portfolio is Dry Creek Ranch located in Northlake, in the Fort Worth market. The property consists of 288 Class A units and was 95 percent leased when sold.
