BASTROP – St. David’s Emergency Center-Bastrop at 3201 Hwy. 71 East has sold. The full-service freestanding emergency department totals 28,500 sf.
Opened in 2012, the building is 100 percent leased to St. David’s HealthCare System, a subsidiary of HCA.
Austin-based real estate private equity firm Long View Equity Partners purchased the center.
