ACS says goodnight, buys 105,000 SF in Farmers Branch
FARMERS BRANCH - Advanced Concrete Surfaces Ltd. (ACS), operating under the entity name WRJ Distribution Way LLC, has acquired the 105,600-sf industrial building on 4.3 acres at 13911 Distribution Way....
FARMERS BRANCH – Advanced Concrete Surfaces Ltd. (ACS), operating under the entity name WRJ Distribution Way LLC, has acquired the 105,600-sf industrial building on 4.3 acres at 13911 Distribution Way.
The building, previously owned by Shore Holdings Inc., once housed the manufacturing and distribution operations for Trainor Glass Co.
Trainor Glass, once the fourth largest contract glazier in the country, ceased operations in February 2012.
The asking price was $2.9 million. ACS will relocate from its current location at 11234 Goodnight Ln. in Dallas to its new asset.
