DALLAS-FORT WORTH – North Texas Real Estate Information Systems released home sales facts for May 2015. 

  • The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $204,900, up 5.1 percent from April 2015.
  • Existing single-family home sales increased 11.9 percent from April 2015, with 7,880 units sold.
  • Condos decreased in price to $165,000, down -2.4 percent from April 2015.
  • Existing condo sales decreased -1.8 percent from April 2015, with 533 units sold.
