FORT WORTH – El Rancho Grocery has signed a ten-year lease for 34,221 sf at Felix Square at 4812 S. Freeway.
The grocery store will occupy the outparcel building in the nearly 170,000-sf community center. The store is scheduled to open within the next six months.
