Clearfork bridge to ease traffic, spark development
FORT WORTH – The Clearfork Main Street Bridge has opened, connecting Stonegate Blvd. to Clearfork Main St., linking Hulen St. to Bryant Irvin Rd. and the Chisholm Trail Pkwy, which opens in spring 2014.

Plans for Clearfork include more than 2 million sf of office space, 1 million sf of retail space and 2,500 multifamily units.
StreetLights Residential will oversee the apartment development with Woodbine Development Corp. overseeing the retail portion. Trinity Works will aid in developing the master plan.
The initial phase of residential development includes 398 units of townhomes, urban efficiencies, lofts and upscale apartments. Construction will begin in September 2013, with units scheduled for delivery between late 2014 and fall 2015.
