LA Laurus buys Gateway I and II near IAH

HOUSTON – Laurus Corp. has purchased the Gateway I and II buildings at 15333 JFK Blvd., near Bush Intercontinental Airport.

The 268,760-sf property includes tenants such as Aeromexico, BDP International and Siemens.

Laurus also owns the building at 15600 JFK Boulevard, which it purchased in August 2011. That building is 99.5 percent leased. Meanwhile, Gateway I and II are 71.6 percent leased.

Miranda Office Partners III sold the Gateway I and II complex.
