EL PASO – Winton Group has two projects currently underway.

The 62-acre Rio Valley, located at the corner of Westside Dr. and Borderland Rd., will have a Main Street feel with retail, multifamily and single-family housing types. The development’s estimated $7 million in roads, utilities and other infrastructure are under construction.

The development will include 64 business spaces, 351 residential units, including single-family homes and some multifamily buildings with two, three, or four units each.

The $6.5 million, 1.6-acre Piazza Escondida will include 33 residential and commercial units grouped around a European-like plaza, with a fountain as the plaza’s centerpiece.

The development located next to The Winton Homes Group’s headquarters at 6300 Escondido on the West Side. Much of Piazza Escondida should be completed by June 2013. Units are priced from $129,000 for a 900-sf studio loft to $314,000 for a 2,500-sf, two-story home.
