EL PASO – Winton Group has two projects currently underway.

The $6.5 million, 1.6-acre Piazza Escondida will include 33 residential and commercial units grouped around a European-like plaza, with a fountain as the plaza’s centerpiece.
The development located next to The Winton Homes Group’s headquarters at 6300 Escondido on the West Side. Much of Piazza Escondida should be completed by June 2013. Units are priced from $129,000 for a 900-sf studio loft to $314,000 for a 2,500-sf, two-story home.
