Display, fixtures lease in Flower Mound Lakeside

FLOWER MOUND – Lakeside Commerce Center Phase III, under construction northwest of the Lakeside Pkwy. and Silveron Blvd. intersection, has secured Universal Display and Fixtures Company to occupy half of the project’s first building.

Leasing nearly 150,000 sf, Universal is scheduled to move in third quarter 2013. Oakmont Industrial Group is constructing the 43-acre site, which will include two buildings totaling 755,628 sf.

The Lakeside Business District has a 96 percent occupancy rate. The town invested more than $25 million in road, water, and wastewater infrastructure improvements in the 1,500-acre district.
