DALLAS - Lincoln Property Co. has released new information regarding the makeover of Dallas’ Turtle Creek Village complex. The Oak Lawn mixed-use development will contain about 100,000 sf of specialty retail and restaurant space and include a newly renovated 18-story office tower.

The Fresh Market’s Turtle Creek Village store will have more than 22,000 sf. It, along with a planned Houston location, will be the grocer’s first Texas outlets. The grocer operates 130 stores in 25 states.

The new grocery store is planned to occupy part of Turtle Creek Village that’s now taken up by a six-story office building that will be demolished. Four more retail buildings with multiple tenants are expected to join The Fresh Market.

Lincoln bought Turtle Creek Village in 2012, after the property had gone through foreclosure. Construction on the redevelopment should begin in mid-2013.
