Genesis Group first in Phirst Building Tyler

TYLER – The Genesis Group has opened in the Phirst Building — a new 17,000-sf headquarters in Corporate Green at Eagles Nest, 5800 Eagles Nest Blvd. Estimated cost of construction was $2.8 million.

Genesis, a global software company, is the first tenant of Corporate Green, a Class A office facility. The property also houses a 36,000-gallon cistern to store rainwater from the building roof and parking areas for use in irrigation of the site landscape.

 The Phirst site also boasts an electric car charging station, gazebos and a creek for relaxation, and a community garden for employees.

The 30-acre office park is owned by GenCore LLC, a Tyler-based real estate development company.
