Standridge Cos. buys Windhaven Park in Plano

PLANO – Carrollton-based Standridge Companies has purchased Windhaven Park, an 86,852-sf neighborhood retail center at the northwest corner of Windhaven Pkwy. and the Dallas North Tollway.

Windhaven Park — which landed in foreclosure in 2008 under a previous ownership — has a relatively low occupancy rate for the West Plano market of 60 percent. The retail center includes a hybrid of retail and medical office space.
