LITTLE ELM – Marque Enterprises LLC, a California-based investment group, has purchased The Village at Eldorado, a 59,820-sf neighborhood retail center at 2831 W. Eldorardo Pkwy., on the border of Frisco and Little Elm.

The Village at Eldorado, located in the midst of dense, affluent neighborhoods features a retail line-up that includes CVS, Starbucks, Capital One bank, Dickey’s Barbeque Pit, Mooyah’s burgers, Pick Six Bar & Grill, The Marble Slab, The UPS Store, Mexigo and Orange Leaf Yogurt.

The property was purchased from CMC LP.
