STAFFORD - COOPER Valves moved to an expanded 60,000-sf production facility at 4659 Wright Rd. The facility includes 12,000 sf for a corporate headquarters as well as a 48,000-sf manufacturing shop and warehouse.

The company, which manufactures high quality exotic and nickel alloy valves, had outgrown its 10,000-sf manufacturing warehouse. Due to the additional manufacturing space, the company plans to increase its headcount from its current number of around 40.

The company could hire up to ten new employees by year-end 2013. Tenant finish out costs were estimated at $480,000, according to state filings.
