FRISCO – Construction is currently underway on Hall Financial Group’s 200,000-sf office building at 3001 Dallas Parkway in Hall Office Park.
The eight-story building is the 16th office building developer Craig Hall has built in the campus on the Dallas North Tollway. Construction costs are estimated at $25 million, according to state filings.
The project is expected to be open before summer 2014.
Hall Financial also has a project in the works in downtown Dallas’ Arts District. The Hall Arts Center building is set to start in September 2013.
