Two tenants ink 224,000 SF in Freeport North

COPPELL – Duke Realty Corp. has signed two new tenants at Freeport North, its industrial campus in Coppell.

Medical apparel distributor CID Resources Inc. has leased 114,105 sf in Freeport VI, a 228,000-sf facility at 601 S. Royal Ln. It will take occupancy in June.

Norwex USA Inc., a Norwegian company that distributes reduced-chemical household and personal care products, has moved into 110,000 sf in Freeport XIV, a 143,000-sf building at 800 W. Bethel Rd.

Freeport North, at I-635 and Freeport Pkwy, and near DFW International Airport, is comprised of 13 buildings that range from 50,000 to 1.1 million sf.

The new transactions take Freeport North to about 93 percent leased.
