Ennis Brookshire’s to officially open

ENNIS – The new Ennis Brookshire’s Grocery Store will open on May 22, 2013. The store is 37,400 sf and construction costs were approximately $4 million.

Located on seven acres in the 2300 block of Ennis Ave., the store includes a bakery, deli and pharmacy with a drive-thru window along with a new fuel center. The site also provides the new store with 12,000 sf for future expansion.

Brookshire’s Grocery Company started in 85 years ago. Now the company has over 150 stores in Texas and employs almost 13,000.
