LACY LAKEVIEW – A long-vacant movie theater at Lake Shore Dr. and I-35 in Lacy Lakeview is coming down to make room for new development.

The Schulman 6 movie theater, opened in 1990, has been closed more than a decade. The new use may include food-related establishments and an office complex.

Winn-Dixie shuttered its store in the same center in 2002. Its former building is now a farm and ranch superstore.

The two-acre theater site is being marketed as a junior anchor and is priced at $1.04 million.
