West Plano opens Headquarters Place doors

PLANO – Primera Cos. has finished its Headquarters Place office building in West Plano’s Legacy business park. The two-story, 51,333-sf building is at 5151 Headquarters Dr., east of the Dallas North Tollway.

The building has 35 finished office suites ranging from 835 to 2,765 sf. There’s also a conference center and a lounge.

Myers & Crow developed the building for Primera.
