DALLAS – The eight-story, 150,000-sf McKinney Place in Uptown has been purchased by Dallas-based Velocis Fund. Uptown is one of North Texas’ best performing office markets.
The 28-year-old building, located at 3131 McKinney Ave., was sold by an affiliate of KBS Realty Advisors. It is valued for taxes at about $24 million.
