EL PASO – The Greater El Paso Association of Realtors (GEPAR) has released home sales data for May 2015.

Quick facts:

  • The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $129,500, up 8.0% from April 2015.
  • Existing single-family home sales decreased 11.6% from April 15 for a May 2015 total of 398 sold units.
  • Condos decreased in price to $96,500, down 16.1% from April 2015.
  • Existing condo sales increased 0.0% in May 2015 over April 15 for a total of 19 sold units.
