- Existing single-family home sales decreased 11.6% from April 15 for a May 2015 total of 398 sold units.
- Condos decreased in price to $96,500, down 16.1% from April 2015.
- Existing condo sales increased 0.0% in May 2015 over April 15 for a total of 19 sold units.
