EAST DALLAS - Amstar partnered with Huntington Industrial Partners and acquired a 508,500-sf Class A industrial property located at 1201 Big Town Blvd. within the East Dallas/Mesquite submarket. Amstar bought the industrial warehouse from Clarion Partners for $62.5 million on behalf of one of its public retirement system clients.
Constructed in 2007, the property offers close proximity to I-30 and I-635. The property is currently 100 percent leased to two national and global tenants.
The acquisition brings the Amstar and Huntington industrial portfolio to 2.2 million sf across 14 properties throughout the Southeastern United States and Texas.
The property is immediately adjacent to the Union Pacific intermodal facility, which is a key driver of logistics activity.
