ARLINGTON – Amerco Real Estate Company acquired 2901 E. Pioneer Pkwy. from Loh Enterprise for $3.2 million, or about $42 per sf.
The property is a single-story, 76,448-sf industrial warehouse located immediately off of SH 360. Construction was completed in 1983 and the building is situated on 4.9 acres.
