Lots in Townhomes of Camp Wisdom purchased

GRAND PRAIRIE – SkyWalker Property Partners, with the equity from the Hangover Opportunity Fund LLC, along with an affiliate of Venture Commercial, has bought the remaining 70 lots of the Townhomes of Camp Wisdom out of foreclosure.

The joint venture purchased the commercial and residential property at the northeast area of W. Camp Wisdom Rd. and Magna Carta Blvd. from Washington Federal Bank.

The venture plans to prepare 1.6 acres, or 22 residential lots for national restaurant chain development. The remainder of the 7.7 acres, or 48 townhomes being developed with an estimated build out of about $6 million.

Construction is expected to start in 2013, with negotiations for two restaurant chains for the commercial sites underway.
