New owner for Whispering Hills in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO – The Whispering Hills apartment property sale on the city’s Northeast Side is yet more evidence that out-of-town investors remain interested in San Antonio’s multifamily market.

The sale of Whispering Hills, a 164-unit complex located at 13658 O’Connor Rd, is complete. The buyer was Dallas-based Frontline Holdings and the seller was Commerce Capital Partners.

“Whispering Hills is a well-maintained, garden-style, Class B asset that was attractive to investors due to its location,” said Casey Fry with the San Antonio office of ARA. He added that the complex boasts proximity to major thoroughfares like I-35 and Wurzbach Pkwy.
