AUSTIN – MIMCO Inc. purchased Oak Hill Plaza at 7100 W. US Hwy. 290 from H-E-B for $4.84 million, or about $106 per sf.
The 45,706-sf retail center was built in 1979 on 4.6 acres in the Southwest submarket of Travis County. The center is occupied by Goodwill and Planet Fitness. It has 12,000 sf available for lease.
