DALLAS – Dallas-based architecture and design firm HKS Inc. has relocated its headquarters to One Dallas Center, formerly known as Patriot Tower, in downtown.
HKS moved into 142,000 sf, or the first seven floors of the 30-story, 600,000-sf skyscraper at 350 N. St. Paul St. The architecture firm joins a number of other design firms based in downtown Dallas.
The move comes after a significant amount of renovation work to One Dallas Center, which is part of the overall $100 million redevelopment plan of the I.M. Pei skyscraper.
The skyscraper sits next to the DART rail line. HKS expects about 30 percent of its nearly 500 employees to take the rail to work.
