DALLAS – Amli Residential has purchased the 300-unit Eon at Maple apartments at 6008 Maple Ave. in the medical district from JLB Partners.
JLB built the project starting in early 2011 and finished construction in 2012.
Amli now owns a dozen apartment communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Its newest projects are in Las Colinas and Richardson. Amli has almost 3,500 DFW apartments.
