BRYAN – Lamar Companies, based in Fairfield, N.J., announced the purchase of the Bryan Towne Center Shopping Center.
The shopping center is located at the northeast corner of Hwy. 6 and Briarcrest Dr. The center has a gross leasable area of 58,268 sf with over 30 acres of developable land and is shadow-anchored by one of the largest Target stores in the metro area.
