PacTrust sells 155,000-SF Austin Commerce Center South

AUSTIN – PacTrust, headquartered in Portland, Ore., sold the 155,545-sf Commerce Center South, located at 5812 Trade Center Dr., to Stoltz Real Estate Partners.

With its first buy in the Austin area, the Pennsylvania-based investor obtained three Class A flex industrial buildings that were 100 percent occupied, plus a 35.3-acre development site.

According to the Travis Central Appraisal District, Commerce Center South was assessed at $4.3 million.

PacTrust acquired the industrial property in 2000.
