HOUSTON - The Finger Cos. will break ground this month on an eight-story, Galleria area midrise apartment complex called 1900 Yorktown. The complex will have 262 units ranging from 755 sf to 1,529 sf, in one- and two-bedroom plans.
The apartments will be built on the site of the former Art Institute building, which the company purchased in 2012 and subsequently demolished.
The multifamily project is one of at least five the company has started or is planning in the Houston area, one of which is located at 2900 W. Dallas St.
