HOUSTON – Construction in Houston is heating up. Some of the projects include:
- The Westview Business Park’s three buildings, located at West Sam Houston Tollway and Clarborough Place, are expected to be completed in second quarter 2013. "We have 160,000 sf of flex space from 100 percent office finish to dock high warehouse space," said Andy Havel, Caldwell Cos. vice president. Lease spaces begin at 5,000 sf
- The four-building, 80,000 sf Four Seasons development at the southwest corner of Tanner Rd. and Beltway 8 will be completed in June 2013. Priority Energy will own and occupy the seven-acre site. Construction began in December 2012.
- The 8 West Centre office development at 3505 West Sam Houston Pkwy. is fully leased, and construction is scheduled to be completed in July 2013. The four-story building will offer 227,000 sf of office space. Also planned is a three-story, 900-space garage at the back of the complex.
- A 133,000-sf office and warehouse project, is going up on the east side of Beltway 8, north of Tanner Rd. Construction will be complete in December 2013.
