113,000-SF Hospital at Craig Ranch purchased

McKINNEY – Forge Realty Partners launched its operation with the purchase of The Hospital at Craig Ranch. The 113,000-sf facility is anchored by Victory Medical Center Craig Ranch.

The 57,000-sf surgical hospital includes a four bed Intensive Care Unit, 20 private suites, seven operating rooms and three special procedure rooms. Located at 6045 Alma Road, the project also includes 56,000 sf of medical office space.

Victory Healthcare, a for-profit community medical center firm based in The Woodlands, will lease property to reopen the facility this summer and will occupy 80 percent of the total space.
