Multifamily properties go to H-Town buyer

HOUSTON – Houston-based Allen Harrison Co. has purchased three apartment projects and plans renovations at each one.

• Parc Royale, a 171-unit complex at 2727 Elmside Dr., is 98 percent occupied and will be rebranded as Residences 2727.

• The Blenheim, a 156-unit complex at 1007 Cypress Station, is 90 percent occupied and will be rebranded as The Preserve at Cypress Creek.

• The Palms at Walnut Creek, a 284-unit complex at 8054 Exchange Dr. in Austin, will be rebranded as Creekstone.
