Tyler’s Village at Cumberland Park trails to 700,000 SF

TYLER – The Village at Cumberland Park will be more than 700,000 sf and could be home to more than 100 businesses, according to The Retail Connection, the developing company.

The retail park, scheduled to break ground in August 2013, will be located on South Broadway, near Loop 49, adjacent to Gander Mountain. The project will face I-20.

The project will be completed in fall 2014, and tenants may be able to move in beginning in July 2014.

The site plan includes 12 main buildings situated on 80 acres, which will be occupied by a combination of smaller box stores, restaurants, specialty retailers, and service businesses.

As of June 2013, several anchor stores have already entered into contracts for the development, according to David Wilson with The Retail Connection.
