LoanDepot doubles its projected Plano workforce

PLANO – LoanDepot has rented 50,000 sf of office space from developer Hines in the Plaza at Legacy office building on Legacy Dr. in West Plano. The Plano office will serve as a joint headquarters with the company’s base in Foothill Ranch, Calif.

The company said the new operation will employ up to 1,000 workers over the next three years.

The company said it is hiring employees for the Plano office to work in mortgage sales, operations, technology and corporate positions. It expects to have 250 workers there in the first nine months of operation.
