Wilmer: med-surg supplies to 800,000-SF Medline Industries

WILMER – An Illinois-based manufacturer and distributor of health care supplies has decided to locate a large distribution center — in the Sunridge Business Park on I-45 — in southern Dallas County.

Medline Industries purchased 45 acres on the east side of I-45 for an 800,000-sf warehouse in Wilmer.

Medline currently has a smaller operation off Hampton Rd. south of I-20 in Dallas.

Sunridge Business Park is planned to have more than 8 million sf of industrial space.
