McKINNEY - The 137-acre business park, McKinney Corporate Center Craig Ranch, has broken ground. The project is expected to attract large and midsize build-to-suit projects with more than 2.5 million sf of land available for development.
The development is located between Alma and Custer roads and is part of McKinney’s efforts to lure new business to the city. The City of McKinney helped with $5 million in incentives to fund infrastructure including Grand Ranch Parkway and an entrance off the Sam Rayburn Tollway.
The corporate center development is aimed at attracting corporate office tenants to McKinney, and is part of an aggressive recruitment campaign by the city and the developer.
