Offices at Greenhouse get the green light in Katy

KATY – Stream Realty Partners’ Houston office and Houston-based Wile Interests will break ground on Phase I of a Class A Energy Corridor development June 18, 2013.

The Offices at Greenhouse, located at the southeast corner of Interstate 10 and Greenhouse Rd., is a 12-acre, mixed-use project that will ultimately have 405,000 sf of office space and 30,000 sf of retail space.

Phase I includes a 203,000-sf Class A office development, featuring high-end finishes throughout and a structured parking garage. The project, which is expected to be completed in July 2014, is 65 percent preleased to an investment-grade tenant, and about 70,000 sf of contiguous office space is still available on two full floors.

Construction started on a 14,500-sf retail component of the project in first quarter 2013. It will house several tenants including a Starbucks and Potbelly.
