LA calls on Hidalgo’s Tres Puentes industrial for $8.6M

HIDALGO – The 313,120-sf Tres Puentes Distribution Center, located at 1501 International Blvd., has been sold to BH Properties LLC for $8.6 million.

“This marks our second property in the submarket (with the prior purchase in McAllen). We will look to add to our border holdings in Texas, Arizona and California over the next two years,” said Executive Vice President and general counsel of BH Properties Steve Jaffe.

BH Properties LLC is a Los Angeles-based commercial real estate investment firm.
