North Houston support office leased for BBVA tower

HOUSTON – On the heels of opening its new corporate tower in the Galleria area, BBVA Compass has leased a 40,741-sf support office at 15355 Vantage Parkway in north Houston, according to CBRE Group Inc.

The Vantage Parkway location will serve as an operations support hub for the bank and will provide backup for the new tower, said Jena Moreno, a spokeswoman for BBVA Compass.

BBVA Compass in recent years has grown to become the fourth-largest bank in Houston with about $10 billion in local deposits and 79 branches.
