THE WOODLANDS – The 197,000-sf, eight-story One Hughes Landing has been topped out. The building is located at Hughes Landing on Lake Woodlands, a 66-acre mixed-use development on the east shore of the 200-acre Lake Woodlands.
Occupancy is scheduled for early September 2013, and the building is 35 percent preleased. Signed tenants include Layne Christensen Company with 51,152 sf, PetroQuest Energy LLC with 13,091 sf and Post Oak Bank NA with 4,355 sf.
