Willow Park: Village units set to open, med coming
WILLOW PARK, PARKER COUNTY - The Village at Crown Park, a 208-unit apartment complex north of I-20 will open in August 2013, according to property owner Kyle Wilks. The 13-building complex is already 24 percent preleased.
Construction cost according to state filings is $18.5 million. The complex will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments for $850 to $1,300 per month.
Willow Park City Council approved a site plan for a 123-bed, 54,000-sf Willow Park Rehabilitation and Care Center. The facility will offer 24/7 skilled nursing care and rehabilitation with regards to physical, speech and occupational therapy.
Construction will take about ten months. Value of construction is estimated at $6 million, according to public filings.
Texas Health Resources is planning a medical complex — an emergency room and medical office building. Value of construction only is estimated at $7 million, according to the state.
The medical project will be a three-story, 62,000-sf building — which may later expand to a complete hospital — planned for the northwest corner of north I-20 service road and Crown Pointe Rd., according to public filings.
